Set your intention to receive all that you need and to release all that no longer serves you. Get comfortable in your own home where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session. Relax and receive 30 minutes of remote Reiki energy. A ten minute phone call will follow your session, to review your experience, including any messages or insights that may have been received.
Additional information about how to make the most of your session can also be found on the Offerings - Learn More page, as well as the FAQ page.
