No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability: Due to the nature of spiritual work, all information is provided in good faith based on the connection made, and no guarantees or warranties of any kind are expressed or implied. By booking a session, you agree to assume full responsibility for your own choices. You agree to hold Loving Intention Spirit Connection and Michelle Kiefer harmless, and indemnify them against any liability, claims, or actions arising from decisions you make based on the information received.
Right of Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any reading at our discretion if it is determined not to be in the best interest of the client, or if a reliable spiritual connection cannot be established. If a session is terminated by the provider for these reasons, a full refund will be promptly issued to the client.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Data Security: Your personal information will never be shared, sold, or distributed by Loving Intention Spirit Connection or Michelle Kiefer.

Strict Confidence: All readings are kept strictly confidential and will not be discussed with anyone other than the client.

Session Recordings: With your explicit permission, a video recording of your Zoom session will be created and emailed to you afterward.

Social Media: Small clips of a reading may be used on social media platforms only if both the client and provider mutually agree in writing beforehand.
Booking Boundaries & Ethical Policy

Frequency Limit: To maintain healthy boundaries and ethical practices, clients may not book individual psychic sessions for themselves more frequently than once every six months.

Excluded Topics: Michelle Kiefer strictly does not provide readings, predictions, or spiritual insights regarding medical conditions, fertility, conception, or pregnancy outcomes. Any questions regarding if or when a client will become pregnant or experience fertility challenges will be politely declined.
Cancellation Policy

To cancel a scheduled appointment, please contact us 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. You may either reschedule or receive a full refund.

Appointments cancelled 47 hours or less before the scheduled appointment can either reschedule or receive a 50% refund.

Missed appointments (no shows) without prior communication are non-refundable and the session cannot be rescheduled without making an additional payment in full.
